What to expect from our Open Weekend

Activity 1 name: Free gym usage
Short activity description: Gain use of our 60+ station gym including a functional training zone and a strength training room. Our expert instructors are here at hand to help you with any questions or guidance for your workout.
Location: Gym floor
Start time: 08:00
End time: 16:00
Suitable for which age group/s: Age 16+ years
What to Bring: A water bottle to use our refill stations and a padlock to use our changing rooms
Other details: Appropriate footwear must be worn to workout in the gym (No sandals/flip flops or barefoot)

Activity 2 name: Free Gym inductions
Short activity description: Our fully qualified and experienced gym instructors will induct you on our Life Fitness gym equipment to use at your own leisure safely.
Location: Gym floor
Start time: Saturday 09:00 and Sunday 10:00
End time: 14:00
Suitable for which age group/s: Age 16+ Years
What to Bring: A water bottle to use our refill stations and a padlock to use our changing rooms
Other details: Comfortable workout clothing and appropriate footwear

Activity 3 name: Boditrax scanner
Short activity description: A body composition scanner that gives you 14 results within seconds. For example visceral fat, metabolic age, muscle mass, BMI etc
Location: Gym core room
Start time: 08:00
End time: 16:00
Suitable for which age group/s: Age 16+ years
What to Bring: Your phone to sync to the Boditrax app
Other details: This scanner requires bare feet
How to book: No booking required

 

Activity 4 name: Sunday Circuit Training
Short activity description: This class is structured into different stations with a mixture of cardio, bodyweight and weighted exercises. The training session at each station will last for a short period before moving onto the next station one after the other.

End time: 09:40

What to Bring: Water, sweat towel, comfortable workout attire
