Activity: Les Mills CORE
An innovative workout that will transform the muscles of your torso, hips and glutes. The class will help build a strong base to support your body. Scientifically tested to improve stability, elevate speed, and assist injury prevention

Indoor group cycling incorporating flat rides, hill climbs and sprints set to music. Improves aerobic fitness levels and muscle endurance and promotes achieving personal bests
