Activities: Certain activities require advanced booking to guarantee availability and ensure that we are able to operate in accordance with our safety guidelines. Members are permitted to book up to 7 days in advance, 14 days in advance for PREMIUM members and 5 days in advance for registered non-members. All of our bookings open at 06:00 in the morning.
Facility and Events hire: Booking a facility would require advanced booking to guarantee availability, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the event, with the remaining balance due at least 30 days before the event. For activities and parties, full payment is required upon booking unless otherwise arranged with the General Manager. Any function booked within 30 days must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Court Bookings: Court bookings are subject to availability and should be booked in advance. The number of people must not exceed the number of players that can play at any one time per court e.g. 4 for badminton. Participants who turn up 15+ minutes late for a court booking risk losing the court and a refund will not be issued.
