Your membership does not automatically grant access to multiple centres. Access is generally limited to the centre where your membership is registered. This is unless your site offers a multi-site membership, which offers the flexibility to visit other participating locations, but this would be stated in your membership contract.
To confirm if your membership allows access to other centres, please check your membership plan or contact the centre directly for assistance.
You’ll still need to use the Leisure Centre app to scan your digital membership card, or bring your physical card when visiting any of our facilities. If you run into any access issues, our staff will be on hand to assist.
