Is Shapemaster for you?

Our Shapemaster equipment can be used by anyone. However, the more common users are older adults, those living with long term conditions and people in rehabilitation from long term injury. 

How does Shapemaster work?

Shapemaster uses power assisted technology to provide a low impact, full-body workout circuit for exercisers who demand to work smart and effectively. There are no weight stacks to control, just safe and effective power assisted technology.

Electronically controlled transmissions on each machine facilitate safe and comfortable exercises with an assistive action that can be used passively to reduce pain and stiffness or actively by pushing into the motor’s gearing to increase muscle strength, metabolism and aerobic capacity.

How will Shapemaster benefit you?

Shapemaster is designed to help you exercise with freedom and confidence. You’ll work your major muscle groups, increase strength and improve flexibility which in turn will help facilitate everyday chores, improve wellbeing and minimise frailty.

Nature of the sessions
