What to expect from our Open Day

Activity 1 name: Circuit Training
Short activity description:
Circuit training is a training method that involves performing a set of pre-programmed exercises one after another. It's also known as interval training. There are a few seconds of rest between exercises, before moving to the next station.
Location: Gym
Stat time: 08:00
End time: 08:30
Suitable for which age group/s: 16Yrs +
What to Bring: Water bottle, lose gym clothing and trainers
How to book: On line or at reception desk

Activity 2 name: Atlantis inflatable fun sessions
Short activity description:
Huge Pool inflatable obstacle course.
Location: Main Pool three 45 minute sessions
Stat time: 12.30, 13:30 & 14:30
End time: 13:15, 14:15 & 15:15
Suitable for which age group/s: 5yrs + (accompanied by an adult) 8yrs + unaccompanied
What to Bring: Swim wear
Other details: Life jackets mandatory and provided to all participants. Family and friends are welcome to spectate.

Members can bring a friend for free to use the gym and sauna and steam facilities (friends to register at reception for their free pass)

Good Boost session 11:15-12:00 Main pool - Good Boost is an app-based therapeutic aquatic exercise programme for people with musculoskeletal conditions that can help improve mobility. Booking is essential as places are limited.
