Activity 1 name: Dance Fitness
Short activity description: Is an aerobic exercise class which incorporates various forms of dance, divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity.

Activity 2 name: Stretch Class
Short activity description: Incorporates deep stretches, yoga postures, and pilates exercises in order to improve your flexibility, strength and posture.

Short activity description: A high energy martial arts inspired workout that is non contact; you will learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung fu.
