Our functional training zone features a variety of equipment including kettlebells, a punch bag, plyometric boxes, battle ropes, hurdles and quick ladders for you to train with confidence. We have instructor-led circuit classes for small groups or you can go in alone to work on your strength, agility and fitness.

Our impressive indoor bowls green is the perfect location to improve, practice and play bowls. Regardless of whether you’re a serious bowler or just starting out, our green is there to suit your needs.
