Car Park

The car park has ample spaces and includes disabled parking as well as two electric vehicle charging points.

Parking is free for all customers with no maximum stay.

Our gym area consists of a variety of resistance machines, cardio equipment and free weights to help deliver on all fitness goals. We also have a state of the art ‘Functional Area’ which provides opportunity to add creativity to your workouts.

Swimming Pool

Boasting a 25 metre Leisure Pool, water flume and walk-in children’s pool, our pool area accommodates all types of swim activities, ages and abilities, ensuring an enjoyable visit for everyone.

Exercise Studios

If you’re coming alone or with friends, our fitness studios are the perfect place for your group exercise sessions. With over 30 classes a week for all abilities including a strong selection of choreographed classes, you’ll be sure to find something to meet your needs.

Health Suite

Revitalise yourself in our relaxation area. Whether you’re looking to chill out after a tough gym session, or simply looking to unwind after a hard day’s work, choose from our sauna, steam and spa (or all three) to soothe aching muscles and relax. You will leave our spa facilities feeling invigorated and healthy!

Accessibility

We have a variety of accessible features and spaces, including:

  • Accessible gym equipment for wheelchair users. 
  • Disabled parking.
  • Four disabled changing rooms.

We are dedicated to developing and improving our facilities so that we are accessible to everyone in the community.

First Aid

All of our Managers, Lifeguards, Fitness Instructors and Receptionist’s are trained in providing First Aid. We also have a defibrillator on site and two First Aid rooms. 

Swim Admission Policy

Supervision Policy for Non-Swimmers and Children

Non-Swimmers

  • A maximum of two non-swimmers per one adult is allowed.

Children Under 8 Years Old

  • Must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times.

Supervising Adult Requirements

A supervising adult must:

  • Be 16 years or older.
  • Accompany the child at all times.
  • Maintain close contact and provide constant supervision.

Children Aged 8 to 15 Years Old

  • Any child aged 8 to 15 who cannot swim 50 metres to Swim England standard must be accompanied by an adult.
  • If there is uncertainty about a child’s swimming ability, a qualified swim teacher may conduct a swim test.
    • If the child fails the test, they will not be allowed to stay in the pool without an accompanying adult.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are at the discretion of the Duty Officer or Team Leader on duty.
