What is happening?

The management of Peele Leisure Centre will be transitioning to a new operator, 3D Leisure.

 

When is the transition happening?

The changeover to the new operator will occur overnight between the 6 and 7 December.

 

What does this mean for my membership?

Your membership will continue under the new operator. However, further information about any changes in terms or services will be provided closer to the transition.

 

What happens if I have an existing booking?

Bookings scheduled up to 6 December will proceed as usual. Details regarding future bookings will be provided to the new operator.

 

Who can I contact for support during this transition?

For any queries or support during the transition, you can contact the team Peele Leisure Centre directly via the ‘Contact Us’ page or the new operator once the transition has taken place.

 

Will there be disruption to regular operations during the changeover?

No, we are making sure that there will be no disruption to regular operations during the changeover.

 

Can I cancel my membership if I’m not happy with the changes?
